From the Dinosaur Barbecue restaurant in Rochester. This seasoning will make whatever you rub it into earthy, spicy, and complex. But don't use it only on meat destined for barbecue; sprinkle it on anything you're grillin', including veggies. Mix it into breadcrumbs before coating food, or stir it into a casserole. It's a great flavor-boostin' agent.

Terrific seasoning! We used it on a Pork Loin Roast that we did on the barbeque, and the rub got rave reviews from everyone. We made extra to store in our cupboard so we can use it on other meats. Thanks for a great recipe!

Any recipe from the Dinosaur is great! I use this as a rub and it's also great seasoning for just about anything. I like it with corn (just throw a few teaspoons on a prepared package of frozen corn and add butter and minced garlic).
