  1. Combine peaches, sugar, lemon juice, and salt; stir well.
  2. Fold in Cool Whip.
  3. Chill at least 3 hours.
  4. Serve with thin butter wafers or butter cookies.

I doubled this recipe and took to a church pot-luck. Still didn't have enough. This had a great peaches-n-cream flavor. Tasted so good when dipped with butter cookies. I will triple the recipe next time. Thanks for a different but yummy fruit dip.

Had some frozen peaches on hand, and this sounded like a quick snack treat for some b-ball watching. Hubby and kid loved it. It did make a lot. Put 2 cups out for the crowd, and saved the other for me. Tasty and different. Will make it again.
