• 1 1⁄2 ounces bourbon whiskey
• 1 1⁄2 ounces madeira wine
• 1 teaspoon grenadine
• maraschino cherry, to garnish (red and or or green)

directions

1. Put cracked ice in a mixing glass and add the bourbon, madeira, and grenadine. Stir well, then strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish a red or green maraschino cherry (or both!), and serve.
