Easy to follow and prepare. I omitted the black pepper and hot sauce for my mom, she can't eat those. I'm thinking that it really makes this recipe because it seemed kind of blan to me. DH loved it he ate 3-4 pieces. So I will try this again soon, thanks for sharing!

  1. Heat oven to 450 degrees F.
  2. Place fish in a greased 13" X 9" baking dish.
  3. Mix remaining ingredients and spread over fish.
  4. Bake 6-10 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
