The sauce in this recipe is really good and plentiful. It was great over rice. And the meat did fall off the bone!! I added a little fish sauce as well. Nice easy and good recipe. Thanks again Inez.

I brought these to a potluck at work last fall, and people here are STILL talking about how good they were. I used boneless ribs, but otherwise followed the recipe.

These were great, can't wait to deviate from them a bit. I will definatly add more cayanne pepper. I served these over Rice and they were a hit.

I made this 2 nights ago for family dinner and it was just ok. I used celery salt and onion powder in place of the onions, celery stalks and regular salt. I followed the crockpot setting and time as stated, but as I stirred the ribs just before sitting down to dinner, they completely fell apart and it turned out more to be a pulled pork soup. I had made mashed potatoes as the side so we were able to put the pork in the middle of a potato well. Otherwise it would have been all over the plate. The taste was just ok as wll. Thank you for the recipe, but I think I"ll stick to the old standby of onion and bottle of bbq sauce.

These turned out dry, and yucky. I put bbq sauce on it and put in the oven and broiled just so we could eat'em.
