Here's a treat of bliss to dollop on everything sweet!


  1. Whip the heavy cream until it begins to thicken.
  2. Sprinkle with confectioner's sugar and continue to beat the cream until it makes a soft lazy peak.
  3. Fold or gently whisk in the creme fraiche.
