This is so easy to do! Try it in place of sour cream. Cook time includes standing time.
- Heat whipping cream in a small saucepan to 85 degrees F.
- Remove from heat and add the buttermilk.
- Pour into a jar with a lid.
- Close lid and let stand in a warm place at room temperature for 36 hours.
- Then, store in the refrigerator.
