OUTSTNDING, & sooo easy! Used it, also, on some fresh strawberries that I had, & it tasted great! Would think it would go well, also, over the strawberries in a shortcake instead of whipped cream! Definitely a keeper recipe! Thanks for sharing! [Made & reviewed as a kidnapped recipe in the Aus/NZ Recipe Swap #16]

I left my bowl on the counter from midnight to about 7:30 the next morning and than refrigerated. A very nice creamy sour cream type flavor without the extra "bite" that sour cream has. This did thicken but I did have more of a pourable consistency. I am very happy with the results and tasted so good with fresh strawberries. I used KC_Cooker's Substitute for Buttermilk for this recipe. Thank you cookiedog!!

I had no clue this was so easy! Such a fancy name that one would think you could never make it at home. Well I did! No more buying the ripoff expensive type at the store for me.
