quick, easy & good
This is a great starting point for a yummy shake. I used 1 cup vanilla ice cream, and needed about 3/4 cup of skim milk to get it thin enough to be able to drink through a straw. I also added a couple tbsp of choc chips and 4 frozen blackberries, and a tbsp or two of dried milk (for added calcium without any real change in flavor). I think you could make all type of shakes with this as a base.
