  1. Use a food processor, pulsing action.
  2. Puree green onions, garlic, mayonnaise, parsley, tarragon, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
  3. Experiment with a variety of herbs, such as basil and thyme.
  4. Store in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
