Yummy veggie dip
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 2 cups mayonnaise
- 1⁄4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 2 tablespoons fresh tarragon, minced
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄4 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
- Use a food processor, pulsing action.
- Puree green onions, garlic, mayonnaise, parsley, tarragon, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
- Experiment with a variety of herbs, such as basil and thyme.
- Store in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
