This is just an experiment, it should be good though.
- 4 tablespoons fat free cream cheese
- 1⁄4-1⁄2 cup broccoli, finely chopped (it can be any vegetable really)
- 2 rice cakes
- Finely chop all the vegetables.
- Spread the cream cheese over the rice cakes.
- Drop the chopped vegetables all over the cream cheese; push it down a bit so they will stick.
