  1. Heat 5 cups of milk in the microwave until hot.
  2. Mix the eggs, sugar, vanilla and cornstarch with the remaining cup of milk.
  3. When milk is heated. slowly beat the egg mixture into the hot milk.
  4. Microwave pudding for 2 minutes at a time until mixture is thickened and creamy.
  5. Chill and serve.
