I made this for a sick friend and baked it in two seperate 8x8 pans to keep half for my family. We enjoyed it and my friend asked for the recipe.

Very easy, very tasty. The only thing I did different was to pan fry the hashbrowns up first instead of using them frozen. Thank you for sharing!

This was so simple and great tasting. I used left over turkey from the holidays. Did omit the green peppers as we are not fans of them. Added some salt and peper to taste. Can't wait to make it again.

We had this for dinner last night and we both thought it was very good. I added some salt and pepper and used the O'Brien style hash browns. Thanks for a nice recipe that we will definitely use again.

Definitely needs to be seasoned, but other than that - a tasty dinner. Smells fabulous while it's cooking. I used Tysons frozen chicken pieces (2 - 9 oz boxes). I used only used 1/2 cup peppers (I mixed red and green) and I added some cheese to the top of the casserole as well. Quite tasty - definitely repeatable, I'll just add seasoning!
