Tasty pasta dish, and quick and easy to make. I used fettucini but plan on making this again with penne or farfalle. I used whole fat sour cream this time but am going to give it a go using lite sour cream.

This was delicious! And so simple. Used canned mushrooms and vegetable oil and only 1/2 c. sour cream (all that was left), but it was very good anyway. Definitely a do-over.

very easy and delicious meal. i followed the recipe exactly except i made a mistake and only used one can of tuna....but it was still great. i didnt have time to sautee everything so i threw the mushrooms, garlic, olive oil,tuna and butter into my slow cooker and sauteed them that way while the pasta cooked so i didnt have to watch over them. then when the pasta was just about done i threw in the sour cream,cheese and milk and let it meld together. it was very creamy but light; not too heavy like many cream dishes are. thanks for the tasty recipe. will make this again trying different seafood!

This was such a nice change from our usual tuna recipes...we enjoyed it very much and wouldn't change a thing... will definitely make it again...Thank you for submitting it MizzNezz

Very tastey but the sause was too thin. I will definitely make it again but will add a can of cream of mushroom soup instead of the milk to thicken the sause.
