This is one of my favorites. It works well on any salad.
- 1⁄2 cup low-fat yogurt
- 1⁄2 cup reduced-calorie mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh tarragon or 1 1⁄2 teaspoons dried tarragon, crumbled
- 1⁄4 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
- In a small bowl, whisk all ingredients together until blended, or combine in a blender until smooth.
