A dreamy creamy strawbery delight!
- 1 cup crushed ice
- 1 cup sliced fresh strawberries
- 1⁄2 cup light rum
- 1⁄3 cup frozen pink lemonade concentrate, thawed
- 1 pint vanilla ice cream
- Combine all ingredients in a blender container, process until mixture is smooth and serve.
This was quite tasty and a bit lethal! I found the pink lemonade too sweet and it overpowered the flavor of the strawberries and the rum, so I add a few more strawberries and bit more rum, which helped but boy do you feel it afterwards! Next time I will just cut back on the lemonade : )

Very yummy! More like a rich dessert. It's creamy, sweet, tart, cold, and potent all at once! Definitely make note that this serves 6, hee hee (we served three - hic - oops). Thanks for posting this treat, Kelly!
