yum-o! love this recipe. i added about a 1/2 cup of sour cream because i added some diced mushrooms and more sun-dried tomato and of course cheese. my kids loved it and my son has been a picky eater lately. i only made 16 rolls, the other half of the batch of filling i rolled in tortillas and made rolls too.

I'm giving these three stars because they are just ok. The filling is very good and I did add a little extra garlic powder, salt, pepper, red pepper flakes and a tad bit of onion powder. They taste better once they sit a while and the flavors marry together. My complaint is just the fact the croissants have the sweetness to them and I don't think it goes great with the filling. This was my first time making these, so with trial and error I think this recipe can be improved.

These excellent appetizers are very attractive, easy to make, and so good that they were quickly gobbled up by my guests! I cut the crescent dough triangles in half lengthwise and did not extend the creamy filling more than halfway toward the tip of each triangle. Doing so kept the filling neatly enclosed within each roll. Great job and good luck in the contest!

This was very good. I made this for a Super Bowl Party and it came together very quickly and was an impressive appetizer. Thanks you! Made for RSC #11
