I haven't made this, but I've had this recipe many times. I got the recipe from the lady at work before I left on maternity leave.

  1. Mix all ingredients well. Refrigerate for two hours. This will keep for two days.

Midnight Sun Chef thanks for posting your co-worker's recipe. At first one may think there will not be enough punch but these ingredients left for 2 hours in the fridge resulted in the flavors combining perfectly. The fresh lemon juice is the key ingredient. Also, don't skimp on the salt and pepper. I made a double batch and everyone enjoyed it. This was a yummy dip served cold with french bread. Made for my adoptee in Pick A Chef 2009. Enjoy. ChefDLH
