Ready, Set, Cook! Hidden Valley Contest Entry. I love my Creamy Shrimp Wrap because is so good, it takes ten minutes or less to serve! My mother cooked it, wrap it in our lunch box!
- 1⁄2 ounce Hidden Valley® Original Ranch® Dressing
- flour tortilla (2-3oz)
- 10 fresh medium shrimp, whole peeled and divined (4-6oz)
- 1⁄2 shallot, small dice
- 1⁄2 lemon zest
- 1⁄2 lemon juice
- 1⁄2 ounce pico de gallo
- 1 pinch salt and pepper
- 1⁄2 ounce clarified butter
- 1⁄4 cup fresh spinach
- In a small pan melt butter, add shallots, shrimp,add salt and pepper, lemon zest, lemon juice and the pico de gallo sauce, put aside, in a large skillet add the flour tortilla wrap for one minute turn and heat up the other side one more minute, add the hot ingredients from the small pan, Add fresh spinach, add the hidden valley original ranch dressing, now roll and enclosed sides, now cut wrap in half for serving presentation and enjoy!
