Creamy Scalloped Potatoes

Each serving is 1/2 cup. This came from a Kraft leaflet. I have tried it just posting for safe keeping.

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 12 cups BREAKSTONE'S Sour Cream or 1 12 cups KNUDSEN Sour Cream
  • 10 34 ounces condensed cream of potato soup
  • 2 cups cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 12 lbs red potatoes, very thinly sliced (about 8)
  • 1 cup shredded white cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 350.
  2. Mix first 3 ingredients in large bowl. Add potatoes; toss to coat. Spoon into 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray; top with cheese.
  3. Bake 55 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
  4. Sprinkle with chives.
