For our family this sauce makes the salad! It is identical to the sauce served years ago at a very popular tea room in Portland, OR.

I'll admit the only reason I tried this recipe is because I needed a dipping sauce for shrimp and didn't have the horseradish every other recipe called for. This is definitely a recipe I'll be using again, though. It was easy to put together and the flavor is really easy to adjust. I added an extra dash or two of hot sauce when the wife wasn't looking but it turned out really well. Thanks for putting this up!
- 1 cup mayonnaise (I use Best Foods)
- 3 tablespoons chili sauce
- 3 tablespoons ketchup
- 1 dash Tabasco sauce
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
