A different kind of rotel dip but delicious!

Great stuff; easy to make and it makes a lot. I had already started to make this when I realized I didn't have any ranch dressing mix, so I used a packet of Italian dressing mix instead. I also just softened the cream cheese and mixed everything together; I didn't need to nuke it. I served this two ways: I served it cold as a spread with crackers, then served the rest a few days later as a hot dip with tortilla chips. We really enjoyed this.

- 2 green onions
