Creamy Ranch Pork Chops & Rice

A tantalizing teaming of Campbell's Cream of Mushroom Soup and ranch salad dressing mix creates a delectable cooking sauce for pork chops--and an easy 20-minute meal solution for dinner tonight!

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 4 boneless pork chops, 3/4 inch thick
  • 1 (10 3/4 ounce) cancampbell cream of mushroom soup or 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can 98% fat-free cream of mushroom soup
  • 34 cup milk
  • 1 (1 ounce) package ranch dressing mix
  • paprika
  • ranch-style rice


  1. Heat oil in skillet.
  2. Add chops and cook until browned.
  3. Add soup, milk and 1/2 pkg salad dressing mix.
  4. Heat to a boil.
  5. Cover and cook over low heat 10 minutes or until done.
  6. Sprinkle with paprika.
  7. Serve with Ranch-Style Rice.
  8. Ranch-Style Rice: Add remaining salad dressing mix to water when making rice.

I love recipes that are tasty, easy and include ingredients that I keep on hand, therefore, 5 stars! I added a little Cavenders Greek seasoning because I love the stuff otherwise I followed recipe exactly. I served over rice. This was even more flavorful the next day. Great one pot meal too!!
