- 1 (6 ounce) package chocolate chips
- 1 lb powdered sugar
- 1⁄3 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄4 cup butter, softened
- 1 cup nuts
- In top of double boiler over simmering water, melt chocolate (or melt in microwave).
- Beat in sugar, evaporated milk, vanilla, salt and butter.
- Stir in nuts.
- Press into 8-inch square baking dish.
- Chill to set. Cut into squares.
