Didn't care for. It went together quickly, but I felt the final product was grainy - like the sugar didn't mix well with the rest of the batter. They were also very sweet.
These were quite good! Not quite as fudgey as we like our brownies but chocolatey enough & cake-like in texture. I doubled the chocolate for the topping & didn't spread it smooth so you could still see half-melted chocolate pieces. A really nice treat!
Excellent! These only needed 25 minutes in my oven. I used 72% extra-bittersweet for the topping but otherwise didn't change a thing. Thanks for the recipe!
