This is a simple dish I just whipped up to use up my leftover ham

Directions

  1. Cook spaghetti in boiling water till tender.
  2. Drain spaghetti, set aside.
  3. Saute' mushrooms in oil til tender.
  4. Add garlic and ham saute' 4 minutes.
  5. Add cream of celery soup and wine.
  6. Stir till smooth and thickened.
  7. Add green onions and peas.
  8. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  9. Toss in pasta and cheese.
  10. Serve.

I made this by the recipe and the white wine overpowered the rest of the ingredients. I give it two stars, but probably won't make it again.
