Can't get any faster than this!! This is especially good on steamed veggies. Can cut the recipe in half. This counts for 1 point per 2 T serving
- 1 cup fat-free Italian salad dressing
- 2 tablespoons light mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon liquid honey
- 1⁄4 teaspoon oregano
- 1⁄4 teaspoon black pepper, freshly grounded
- Whisk together all ingredients and store in an air-tight container in the fridge.
- Mix well before using.
- Can be used on steamed veggies.
