  1. Minus one star for slightly boring colours. I added grated carrots, and that gave it a great "sparkle". I left out the olive oil, just tossing everything together carefully with a spoon. Also, steamed the broccoli - when water comes to the boil, only 3-4 minutes, so that you keep some of the yummy crunchiness and vitamins.

  2. This was such a great supper for myself. I used frozen broccoli and cauliflower mix as that is what I had on hand and added shrimp and crab to make it a full meal. Very yummy, easy recipe that I am happy to have found on Zaar! Thanks for sharing this great recipe.

I am 30 years old. I am married and have a wonderful family. My hubbie is the greatest. We have a 2 1/2 year old little girl. Her name is Lizzie Belle. I have pics if anyone wants to see. I work for a bank in Brandon, MS. My hubbie is a police officer in Jackson. I have a great cookbook that is called "Any Blonde Can Cook". It is awesome. I love to cook...when I have the time. My family keeps me pretty busy though. I enjoy reading books, going to the movies, traveling, spending time with my family, cooking, playing with Lizzie Belle, tanning, and getting my nails done.
