Great side dish for chicken!

Directions

  1. Cook spaghetti according to package directions.
  2. In a saucepan, saute garlic in 1 TBS butter until tender. Add cream cheese, sour cream, milk, salt, onion powder, Cajun seasoning, pepper and 2 TBS butter.
  3. Cook and stir over low heat just until smooth. DON'T boil. Remove from heat.
  4. Drain spaghetti and toss with cream sauce. Sprinkle with parsley.

Hubby and I loved this dish...I'm staying away from carbs and he's...keeping them close by...:giggle: So this delicious pasta recipe is just to die for...:)...we hope that your can enjoy the rest of the menu with us...{hugs}

All in all a very nice recipe, made for lunch for the kids and myself. I did have a add a little more milk to get a good consistancy. Made for Zaar Stars Tag.

I liked this but didn't love it. It is easy enough to make, but I am just not sure I like the combination of the cream cheese and sour cream. I did add a little bit more milk. I also think it could use a little more seasoning as it wasn't very flavorful to me. Thanks for sharing.
