Creamy Mushroom Pork Chops

- 4.92 ml cooking oil
- 4 boneless fast-fry pork chops (about 1lb. total)
- 1.23 ml salt
- 1.23 ml pepper
- 4.92 ml cooking oil
- 473.18 ml sliced fresh white mushrooms
- 118.29 ml prepared chicken broth
- 4.92 ml dried dill
- 59.14 ml sour cream
directions
- In a large frying pan on medium-high, heat first amount of cooking oil. Sprinkle both sides of pork chops with salt and pepper. Add to frying pan.
- Cook for about 2 minutes per side until browned and no longer pink inside. Transfer to serving plate.
- Cover to keep warm. Reduce heat to medium.
- Add second amount of cooking oil to same frying pan. Add mushrooms. Cook for about 4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until mushrooms are browned.
- Add broth and dillweed. Heat and srir for 1 minute. Remove from heat.
- Add sour cream. Stir. Spoon over pork chops.

<br>I guess the dish that I am famous for is my Christmas ham - my family all comes home for Christmas, and if i don't have my ham they are dissapointed, and my grandson wants the pistachio squares!!! so I guess that is the dishes that I'm famous for.
