• 1 cup milk
• 1 teaspoon all-purpose flour
• 1 chopped large mushroom
• 1⁄8 cup chopped french onion
• 1⁄8 cup chopped broccoli
• 1⁄8 teaspoon salt (optional)

1. Mix all ingredients in a pan at medium-high heat for about 5 minutes or until milk is frothing.
