- 1⁄4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons miso, light colored
- 1 tablespoon onion, minced
- Combine all ingredients and whisk to blend well.
- Serve with chef or chunky chicken salads.
Although I usually love miso, I found this dressing a wee bit salty. I might use less miso next time. After reading the other comments, I too added water to get my desired consistency.
I enjoyed this dressing. I do like miso!! I also used lime juice instead of lemon and I thinned it down a bit with white wine. Great over greens!!
This stuff is awesome! I did change up a couple things, I used lime juice instead of lemon and I put all ingredients into the food processor. I added water to get the desired consistency. I definitely recommend trying this dressing!
