I eat Oatmeal every morning in the Winter. Super fast. Super healthy. Super cheap. Super tasty!

  1. in a microwave safe bowl mix together the milk, oats and dried fruit.
  2. Microwave on high for 1 minute.(Make sure you use a container big enough so it sdoesn't boil over) Stir mixture. Continue to microwave until mixture starts to boil (about 1 more minute).
  3. Remove oatmeal from microwave and stir. Cover and let set for 2 minutes. Remove and stir in sugar and spice.
  4. Serve warm with additional milk if desired.

I used to take the instand oatmeal to work when I was on third shift. Now that I know you can make your own combinations cheaper and they taste better. I have been adding powdered milk to the water but basically the sam great recipe.
