- 226.79 g container sour cream
- 177.44 ml shredded extra-sharp cheddar cheese
- 118.29 ml medium salsa
- 1 avocado, minced
- hot sauce (optional)
directions
- Mix everything together well, except the avocado.
- Then fold in the avocado gently.
- Enjoy this right away or cover and refrigerate.
- This is great with tortilla chips (try bite-sized Tostitos!).

Ooh, delicious! I made this for appetizer day at work and it went over very nicely! I love so many taco dips and this was one of the best (I agree with another reviewer who said it's got the charm of a multi-layer taco dip without the extra cost)! I didn't use the hot sauce, but it still had a great kick for my taste with the medium salsa and was smoothed out so nicely with that extra sharp cheddar cheese, avocado, and sour cream. We used Dipping Strips Tostitos chips and kept going back for more. =) Thank you!
