These are fast, easy and add a little different taste to your ordinary mashed potatoes. I just estimated amounts here so just taste it as you make it to adjust to your own liking.
- Peel and cube potatoes.
- Boil until tender.
- Drain and mash.
- Beat in cream cheese til smooth.
- Stir in rest of ingredients.
- Serve hot.
We loved the flavor that the ranch dressing gave the potatoes. I followed the amounts exactly except I only added 4 oz of cream cheese. It was perfect for us....creamy and a great flavor. A nice change of pace for mashed potatoes. Thank you so much, Junebug.
Wonderful, rich and creamy potatoes. I served these with Slow-Cooker Roast and Gravy, it was a great meal! My family really enjoyed these, the ranch gives them a nice tangy flavor and the cream cheese makes them rich and smooth. I also only added half of the cream cheese and added a couple tablespoons of sour cream. Thanks, I will be making these again!
