Creamy mashed potatoes
- 1133.98 g red potatoes
- 226.79 g cream cheese, softened
- 226.79 g sour cream
- 118.29 ml butter
- 59.14 ml milk
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- Boil potatoes in skin until tender. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients with mixer and place in baking dish. Bake uncovered for 30 minutes.
I am on a diet and was looking for a low fat potato casserole. I found what I was looking for in this dish. I am so kidding!!! Absolutely loved this dish. Served to guests with Saturday Night Oven Beef Stew and Glazed carrots. Did not change a thing and will make this many more times. Thanks so much for sharing this 10 star dish.
Wow, these potatoes are so yummy. Rich, thick, tender, fluffy, decadent and full of flavor. We loved these tasty spuds. Quick and really easy to make, they were wonderful served with chicken and cabbage. Thanks so much for sharing this lovely recipe.
