  • Place potatoes and garlic in a saucepan; cover with water.
  • Bring to a boil.
  • Reduce heat; cover and cook for 20-25 minutes or until potatoes are very tender.
  • Drain well.
  • Place potatoes and garlic in a mixing bowl.
  • Add cream cheese, milk, butter, salt and pepper; beat until smooth.
  • Transfer to a serving bowl; sprinkle with onions and paprika if desired.

  4. Kudos to Christina for posting this one! I made seven pounds of these potatoes last night and I have to say there were no left overs!!!!They were great! I used more garlic than the recipe called for and a bit more milk because I had to make such a large batch.
