Creamy Macaroni & Cheese

• Serves: 4

ingredients

• 1 egg
• 2 cups milk
• 2 cups elbow macaroni, cooked & drained
• 8 slices American cheese
• 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
• fresh ground pepper
• minced green onion

directions

1. In large sauce pan beat eggs and milk. Stir in macaroni and cheese.
2. Cook and stir well over low heat until cheese melts and sauce is thick.
3. DO NOT BOIL.
4. Stir in salt and pepper.
5. Pour in dish and garnish with onions.
