Got this out of a Quick Cooking magazine.

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 3 hardboiled egg
  • 1 (16 ounce) packageof ready to serve salad greens
  • 1 medium tomatoes, diced
  • 14 cup diced onion
  • dressing

  • 34 cup mayonnaise or 34 cup salad dressing
  • 3 -4 tablespoons milk
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 tablespoons cider vinegar

Directions

  1. Cut one egg into wedges to garnish.
  2. Dice remaining eggs.
  3. In a salad bowl, combine the greens, tomato, onion and diced eggs.
  4. In a jar, with a tight fitting lid, combine the dressing ingredients; shake well.
  5. Pour over salad and toss to coat.
  6. Garnish with egg wedges.
  7. Serve immediately.
