Light and Fluffy Lemon Pie that is low in fat and sugar. Great for diabetics and those on sugar and fat restricted diets.

  1. Mix yogurt and milk together until smooth.
  2. Add pudding mix and mix until smooth.
  3. Fold in 1 cup of whipped topping.
  4. Spread filling into pie crust and top with remaining whipped topping.
  5. Chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
