I got this from a friend. This is absolutely the BEST artichoke dip I've had.
- 1 (14 ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 garlic clove, finely chopped
- 1 cup French-fried onions
- 2 cups cheddar cheese
- Combine all ingredients.
- Pour into a lightly greased baking dish.
- Bake uncovered at 350F for 25 minutes or until heated through.
