Pretty yummy and easy to whip up - great dessert or to serve at brunch. I actulaa stirred the granola through the apple mix and added sultanas too . Made and enjoyed for ZWT 4

I really wanted this one to be good... made last night for my after workout treat; however, there is an aftertaste associated with the sauce that kind of ruined the entire thing for me - I'm fairly sure it's the pudding mix as I sometimes notice this taste on a smaller scale while eating ff sf pudding. I like this concept though, using the cornstarch to create a creamy fat-free sauce for the apples (I often make hot apples w/ 1t of margarine in the microwave) - maybe adjusting the amounts or completely omitting the pudding altogether would make it better. The granola topping does help cut the aftertaste some, but not enough for me. I also added a dollop of fat-free cool whip which was very complimentary. Made for Newest Zaar tag.
