ingredients
- 226.79 g carton low-fat sour cream
- 59.14 ml reduced-calorie mayonnaise or 59.14 ml plain low-fat yogurt
- 59.14 ml fresh parsley sprig, firmly packed
- 14.79 ml fresh minced dill or 9.85 ml dried dill
- 4.92 ml fresh minced tarragon or 2.46 ml dried tarragon
- salt, to taste
- fresh ground black pepper, to taste
- 59.14 ml capers, drained
directions
- Place all the ingredients, except the capers, in the work bowl of a food processor.
- Process until smooth.
- Stir in the capers and transfer to a serving bowl.
- Cover and chill for up to 2 days.
