- 3 tablespoons scallions, chopped finely
- 3 tablespoons buttermilk
- 6 tablespoons low-fat cream cheese
- 1 1⁄2 tablespoons dill, chopped
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons horseradish
- salt and pepper
- Put cream cheese in small bowl and gradually add buttermilk until smooth.
