High protein low fat salad

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 8 ounces peas
  • 1 cup fat free Greek yogurt (Fage)
  • 4 ounces lean ham (leftover sandwich meat works great)
  • 2 ounces cheese (shredded or finely sliced cheese slices)


  1. Dice the cheese and ham into small pieces.
  2. Mix in Greek yogurt and peas.
  3. Salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Can substitute turkey or rotisserie chicken.
