So delicious! I used whole wheat white bread, and mixed 2 tbsp shredded mozz cheese + 2 tbsp red fat cheddar cheese. I made the full amount of dressing, but I had a ton leftover! So next time I'll use 1 1/2 tsp fat free mayo & 1/4 tsp mustard. I added some turkey bacon, and for my husband, I layered on some extra cheese on top of the bacon before frying! I used butter spray instead of real butter to cut down on calories. Tasted like a club sandwich, but a lot quicker & healthier! Will make this often; we love grilled cheese & this is a great way to enjoy them!
Creamy, cheesy & deliciosa! Thanks for an EASY recipe! I subbed regular Mayo for the Miracle Whip..:)
I'm always amazed at how you can take a recipe that you have been making for years to a new level. This adds a great taste to the very ordinary grilled cheese. It adds a slight tang to this sandwich that is delicious. I must say, though that a one to one ratio of mustard to mayo would be too strong for my taste. I took one tablespoon of mayo and added just a touch of mustard and it was just right for me. Thanks so much for posting, LauraLou.
