A healthy take on an already healthy salad with a Greek twist

Directions

  1. Seed and chop cucumber.
  2. Cut tomatoes in half.
  3. Slice green onions including white portion thinly.
  4. Using medium bowl, add all veggies and pearl mozzarella cheese.
  5. Add Greek yogurt and seasonings and mix until coated.
  6. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
