  1. Bring a large pan of salted water to the boil , add the spaghetti and cook for about 10 mins until al dente.
  2. Drain the pasta using a colander and leave to one side. Add the gorgonzola and cream to the pan and heat gently, stirring for a couple of minutes until the cheese melts.
  3. Stir in the pasta and season with salt and pepper. Serve in warm bowls topped with the arugula and pine nuts.
