Creamy Goats' Cheese Dip

Use as is or leave out the chilli and paprika and add your own choice of chopped herbs

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 150 g soft goat cheese
  • 100 g fromage frais
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 chili
  • paprika (to garnish)


  1. Deseed and finely chop the chilli.
  2. Beat together all ingredients except the paprika. You can do this by hand but personally I use a mini-food processor.
  3. If the dip seems too thick beat in a little cream or milk to give desired consistency.
  4. Spoon into a serving dish and sprinkle with a little paprika.
  5. Serve with chips, breadsticks or crudites.
