Creamy Goats' Cheese Dip

  • 150 g soft goat cheese
  • 100 g fromage frais
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 chili
  • paprika (to garnish)

directions

  • Deseed and finely chop the chilli.
  • Beat together all ingredients except the paprika. You can do this by hand but personally I use a mini-food processor.
  • If the dip seems too thick beat in a little cream or milk to give desired consistency.
  • Spoon into a serving dish and sprinkle with a little paprika.
  • Serve with chips, breadsticks or crudites.
